    This is great! I really enjoyed with the part of connecting and regrouping with one own self-worth. I always think about what the person thinks of me and not focus what I think of them! The truth is there shouldn’t be any expectations and one should be as present as possible. Its hard but practice makes perfect so will book mark this video and come back to it.
